Our office is currently in the practice of leaving the mailing of proposals
in the hands of the principal investigator.  We have been kicking around
the idea of changing this and mailing proposals for those who request this
assistance.  If your office has recently (within the last two years)
changed to this practice, or if you have reverted back to NOT mailing
proposals, we would like to hear from you.  Please let us know what pros
and cons you have to share.

Any input you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
