My college is one school within the university.  We have three major
departments within the college and are considering a reorganization of
departmental research administration.  Can you give me the following
information:

1.      Approximate number of grants and the dollar volume associated
with that number.

2.      Average number of support personnel in the department and what
functions each person performs.

3.      Who supervises the support personnel (title, functions performed, etc.)?

4.      What pre- and post-award functions are performed at the
departmental level?
