Our Vice President for Research recently received a letter from C.K.
Analytical Services advising him of their development of a "highly
specialized software to streamline the submission and evaluation of
grant proposals."  The software is called GEMS(Grant Electronic
Management System).  Do any of you have knowledge of this group
or been contacted by them? Please share what you know about this
group.  We are expecting a call from them and would like to have
some knowledge as to other institutions that have been contacted.
