We have not done a survey in the past, but a faculty member suggested
 to me that we form a committee (heaven help us!) of faculty members to
 advise us and make suggestions on how we can better meet their needs.
 Clearly, this is an idea on the minds of many.  I await the discussion
 eagerly!
