For those of you who are Federal Demonstration schools.....the solicitation
for Phase III appeared in the Federal Register yesterday -- 61 FR 4802,
2/8/96.

If you wish to continue in the program beyond June 1996 you must submit a
proposal COB on March 20, 1996.
