Perhaps I am far behind the curve on this one.
When do in-kind match contributions on grants have to be declared
through the advancement/development office as gifts to the university?
E.g., contributions of time & effort, or use of equipment, or supplies.
My concern is not with the sponsors so much as with the business firms
and community groups that agree to cooperate on a project.
Any explanations or criteria or citations would help.
