First some good news.  White papers are not required for either the
"regular" DOD MURI program or the Supplemental program.

The "regular" program had a white paper deadline of Dec. 15.
Deadline for full proposals (all will be considered regardless of
disposition of or lack of white papers) is March 20.

A Supplemental program has been announced.  White paper deadline
(again, encouraged but not required) is March 1.  Full proposal
deadline is May 27.  Solicitation includes nine new topics.
