After receiving the BAA Announcement from Anna McLaughlin, Contracting
Officer at the Army,  for this new MURI with the 3/1/96 deadline, I went to
the internet address given in the flyer (http://web.fie.com) and the only
MURI announcement I saw was the one released in late fall 1995.  I was going
to wait a few days, thinking they put the cart before the horse in sending
out the announcement before uploading the new MURI.

Can any one help?  I am trying to locate the latest version of the
Multidisciplinary Research Program of the University Research
Initiative.  Apparently it is only available in electronic format
which I can not locate.  I do know that the white paper deadline is
