I am not having the duplicate message problem other than receiving the
"bounce back" message from steve hoagland a couple of times.  All of my
messages from resadm-l come from the new address (@health.state.ny.us).
When others get duplicate messages are they both coming from that address or
is one coming from the old (albny2) address?  To see if you are on the
list twice at the new address, just send a REVIEW command to xxxxxx@
health.state.ny.us. That will give you the entire list (at least those who
do not have their address hidden).
