Paul-

 The Community of Science also has a nice profile system that
interfaces with their funding opportunities system.  It's accessible via
the Web and has a feature whereby faculty can update their profiles
on-line.  It also will produce directories of research interests; i.e.
lists of your faculty alphabetically by dept including a short vita (that
you design), with an index.  The index is alpha by research interest
indicating which faculty (including page number) listed that area.
