Mary C Spijkerman asks...

At the end of 1995 someone posted the title and author of a reference
book on how to design a home page.  When we crossed over to the new year
my saved messages got wiped out compliments of the computing department.

Dear Mary:

The book I've always recommended is Teach Yourself WEB PUBLISHING WITH HTML
in a Week, by Laura Lemay.  She's also got a new book out entitled Teach
Yourself MORE Web Publishing with HTML in a Week, which I have on order.  I
pretty much developed my Web pages
(http://www.winona.msus.ed/Grants/home.htm) relying on her instructions and
some consultation with our Academic Computing Center when I got stuck.
