After hearing about Bill Campbell's Dept Ed experience, I wonder about other
agencies. We have three Focus Grant apps going to NEH for a Jan. 15th dead-
line (also a federal holiday!). Am I wasting my time trying to get these apps
there on time? I'd appreciate hearing what others are doing. Thanks.
