I would like some feedback from anyone who has had an experience dealing
with Chrysler under their Challenge Fund and the Intellectual Property
rights established under their agreement.

Chrysler asks for a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license with right
to sublicense any third party without accounting to us.  The agreement vests
ownership of the patents in us, as well as the cost of pursuing the patent.

If any of you have had any luck in changing these provisions, I'd like to
hear from you either directly or through the list.
