I need help - I can't seem to subscribe a co-worker on to this list.  I
tried to subscribe her to "xxxxxx@health.state.ny.us", leaving the
subject line blank and all of that.  But I received back a message saying
that's not how to subscribe, but no further instructions.

We're anxious to get this person on board.
