I am hoping to get some info on the proper IDC rate to use for the USED
program "Field-Initiated Studeis Educational Research Grant Program."  CFDA
84.305F,306F,307F,308F, 309F

It states that you should:

"INDCIATE THE AMOUNT OF INDIRECT COSTS TO BE CHARGED TO THE PROGRAM OR
PROJECT.  EXPLAIN THE RATE AND BASE IN NARRATIVE"

should we use the typical 8% for USED or our negotiated rate??

Any suggestions are welcome.
