Just writing to thank everyone who responded to my query earlier this
week about Internal Use of Recovered Release Time Funds.  The result was
quite a laundry list of approaches, the majority of which suggested that
control over such funds rested with the department chair and/or college
dean.  In any event, I have passed all the replies on to our Academic
Research Committee, who will, I'm sure, be as grateful as I am for your
input.
