This past weekend the NYS Dept of Health left the BITnet network.
We still intend to continue support for our LISTSERV lists, but are
now using the INTERNET to deliver the mail.  This has led to some
instabilities in mail deliveries which we are working to correct.

This message is a TEST of sending a message to a large group of
of external users.  PLEASE IGNORE and DO NOT RESPOND to it in any
way whatsoever.
