I wanted to let members know the results regarding my recent post to the
list about other subscribers experiencing problems with the new SPIN
version.

I received many e-mail messages from a variety of people who were or were
not experiencing problems with the new SPIN.

I've been in contact with Sandra Carrk at InfoEd and we are working together
to resolve the problems that I am having, as well as the problems others are
experiencing.  They have been getting a lot of questions about the problems
from folks who have not yet made the transition.

Just to let you know, Sandra e-mailed me today to inform me that they are
not sending out any new systems to those who have requested until they get
everything fixed. This demonstrates to me that InfoEd is really putting all
of their effort into making a better SPIN Windows product for all users.

Thank you to everyone who e-mailed me earlier - InfoEd told me that our
comments and suggestions are really going to help make the system better!
