I am trying to identify the next submission dates for both of these
programs.  I have someone interested in submitting to the SBE
Directorate.  The program announcement (NSF 93-130) states that
inquiries about deadline dates should be addressed to the appropriate
program officer which I can't do at this point in time due to the
shut down.

If anyone has had experience with either of these two awards, I would
greatly appreciate your assistance.  Thanks
