I have no idea how this message selling a method for passing drug test got on
RESADM-L.  The person who generated it is NOT a subscriber (at least
not as of this morning)  Of course nothing in our set up prevents
someone from subscribing, posting a note and then immediately unsubcribing.

All the lists on our server were hit with this, so I have asked our
listmanager if there is anything that should/can be done to prevent this
kind of stuff.

Perhaps we should all use reply, send him back his message with a
note saying "no thanks" and by the way "PREPARED" is spelled
P-R-E-P-A-R-E-D   ?  ;-)
