Policy and Procedures for Payroll Distribution on Grants Barbara Gray 10 Nov 1995 11:21 EST

The College of Charleston (annual volume of $4 million) does not currently
have a good system in place for changing payroll distribution when a grant
is awarded which will pay a portion of a faculty member's time.  Likewise,
department chairs and deans receive little information about payroll
distribution and time committed as match on grants for faculty in their
departments/schools.  If you have a good policy, procedures, and form(s)
that work well at your institution, will you please share them with me?

I would be particularly interested in hearing from institutions who use SCT
Products' FRS and HRS systems about any reports that are generated from
these systems to help monitor payroll distribution and/or matching commitments.
