Subject: CBD Announcement

Our source for CBD information is down at this time.  I am trying to
obtain information on the contract the Administration for Children
and Families will award to study the makeup of the families of more
than 3,500 children at 40 Head Start sites.  The announcement
appeared in the CBD on October 27, 1995, page 6.  Any assistance will
be greatly appreciated!
