Hi everyone -

I'm hoping to get some leads to funding sources that may be interested in a
project to support an initiative to develop a prototype specialty actuarial
model for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and programs.
The "bottom line", so to speak, is to come up with the techniques of
capitation rate setting for rehabilitation.

Any thoughts on where I might begin?  Thanks for any assistance.
