Does anyone have a list of awards/grants that have institutional
limitations on submissions (e.g., Searle Scholars, NSF Presidential
Faculty Fellows, NSF Institution-Wide Reform, Burroughs Wellcome
Fund, etc.)?  We are also looking for any internal policies you may have
regarding the coordination of these programs (e.g. internal reviews
and deadlines).  All input is appreciated.
