Hi Tom,

Here at the University of Colorado at Denver we have implemented a policy
to have all key personnel complete and sign off on a newly developed
Financial Interest Disclosure Form.  We have announced to faculty that
without a completed version of this form in our normal routing packet,
proposals will not recieve Institutional Approval.  I know this adds to
the paperwork but our administration felt this was the most appropriate
methodology in complying with the updated federal regulations.  I hope
