Postings to RESADM-L should now be sent to:

Commands to the server for subscription changes, etc. should go
to xxxxxx@health.state.ny.us

You may still see the return address for RESADM-L on messages
as xxxxxx@ALBNYDH2.BITNET, this is there solely for the purpose of
confusing you (after all it wouldn't be the Internet if it weren't
confusing, and I have heard that if a LIST becomes too easy to use,
it is mysteriously deleted ;-)  )
