Would anyone be willing to share a clause regarding patent rights for a
subagreement (written under a prime Federal grant) to a for-profit entity?

I've pretty much figured out what to do when subcontracting to a non-profit
entity (under any type award) and what to do when subcontracting to a
for-profit entity under a contract (subject to the FARS). But I haven't
been able to come up with an appropriate reference for a subcontract to a
for-profit entity under a Federal grant.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
