I note that in a recent issue of Grants Administration News that 33 Federal
agencies now mandate that anyone debarred under the Federal Acquisition
Regulations is also barred from other federally funded activity. Similarly,
anyone debarred by PHS is ineligible for federal contracts.  The rule
apparently was published in the 6/26/95 Fed. Reg. and became effective
8/25/95.  Does anyone know where to find the FAR debarment list on the Web?
The PHS list is available, but I have never seen the FAR list.
