New NSF "Smart Forms" available

Since I assume others of you may have been awaiting word . . .
In response to a number of requests, NSF has updated the "Smart Forms"
postscript version of the set of forms for the now current Grant
Proposal Guide (NSF 95-27).
As of 10/11/95, I was able to access them by ftp from:
STIS.nsf.gov
they all appear with the "suffix" .ps [for postscript]
E.G. form1030.ps is the blank BUDGET form
As of this date I was NOT able to find these updated "Smart Forms" on
the STIS gopher server [did not try NSF's WWW server].
Apropos this "Smart Form" version of the NSF BUDGET page:
It measure a full 1.25 inches NARROWER than the printed form in the
GPG kit!! That makes for TERRIBLY NARROW COLUMNS for budget numbers,
and OVERLY GENEROUS left/right margins. Anyone have a "fix" for this?
[I am anything BUT a postscript expert!] Anyone from NSF able to
explain the difference between the dimensions of the electronic and
hard-copy versions of this 1030/budget form?
