I, too, would like to thank the listserv membership for all the help on my
last question re: indirect cost recovery on FIPSE grants as a preface to my
next question, which follows.  My community college, as an intermediate step
toward establishing a satellite campus in the northern part of our service
area, is interested in leasing a storefront facility there for the next 2-3
years.  Has anyone had experience securing external funding for this type of
operation/initiative?  For years we have disregarded advertisements for
"Directory of Operating Grants" and "Directory of Building and Equipment
Grants."  Are these books any good?  As always, any help will be most
appreciated.
