Does anyone out there know if someone who wants to submit a PHS
FIRST proposal is still eligible if that person has previously
served as a CO-PI on a PHS-supported project?  I know that the
guidelines prohibit previous service as a PI on a PHS project, but
say nothing about the status of Co-PI.  Would the restriction on
eligibility still apply?  Thanks very much.
