Would like to hear from the community successful techniques in tracking
match/cost-sharing, actual $$ or in-kind, requirements associated with
certain grant/contract awards. At NJIT, we have FRS as our accounting
system...and... would like to utilize it as a base for tracking these
costs. Would especially like to hear from community members who have
FRS as their in-house accounting system and any techniques used to
track match/cost-sharing utilizing FRS. Any other suggestions would
also be very welcome. Wea re attempting to improve our current methodology
in dealing with match/cost-share tracking with an eye on improving
both accuracy and efficiency.
