Subject: NSF Security Funds

Can anyone tell me what dept. or division of NSF is responsible for
entertaining a proposal on providing funds to secure a building.  All I know
about it, is that NSF will supply matching funds to purchase and install a
security system to protect a building that has been built with NSF funds and
houses a large amount of equipment paid for by NSF.  If the building and it's
contents have had continued and large circumstances of theft or vandalism, I
understand that to protect it's interests, NSF will accept proposals of this
kind.  Any info you may have would be greatly appreciated.
