Does anyone have contact information on the program officer(s) for the
Patricia Roberts Harris Fellowship program?  We have left messages on
answering machines at the USDOE a number of times over the past six months and
have yet to receive a return call.  Preferably, we would like to get contact
info for any officers at USDOE who answer their phones or return calls.

Specifically, I would like the names and phone numbers for those at USDOE
who would be most helpful in matters of financial reconciliation.

Your help will certainly be appreciated.
