I have a faculty member who claims that the National Academy of Sciences is
having difficulty in determining whether it pays indirect costs on its
awards and if so at what rate they are willing to pay.  Can those who have
NAS funding let me know if you are getting indirect costs on those awards
and if so at what rate?
