Cedars-Sinai Research Institute if looking for a new financial system for
the management of Grant and Fund Accounting.  We are focusing on our post-
award needs, but would be interested in comments re pre-award systems as
well.  Software packages must have a stand-alone General Ledger system, provide
real time data and be user friendly.   We have viewed the following software:
Banner (SCT), Jamis (Maxwell Business Systems), and IFAS (Bitech).  We would
like the following feedback regarding these products or any other recommended
packages:

1) customer relations (implementation, service, and updates experience)
2) best features of the software
3) limitations or problems with the software
4) ease of interfaces that were made with other software packages
