According to the latest price list I received, a single copy is $62.50.  An
annual subscription--with quarterly updates--is $190.00.

I haven't had the occasion to use this product yet, but it is advertised as
"204 Files which represent the exact equivalent of the 202 Hard Copy Books
as published by the US GPO...The CFR Document files exactly follow the
sequence of the physical printed books..."
