Hello and Happy New Year (Today is the Fiscal New Year's Eve for many of
us):

I am interested in having a brochure or one-page handout developed to
encourage researchers to consider Summer Research Opportunity Programs
(SROPs).  Do any of you have samples I could use to spark the creative
process?

Several professors on campus have been bringing undergraduates into
their research labs for years; but the University may be able to stir
additional interest with easy access to FAQs, etc. Therefore, a
brochure or pamphlet may serve that purpose.

I'm also interested in institutional partnership agreements,
specifically memorandums of agreement (or understanding). A&M's College
of Engineering has done an outstanding job developing an agreement;
however, their agreement addresses one specific discipline.  If you have
information on written memorandums of understanding outlining the key
ingredients in the relationship between the two (or more) institutions,
I would appreciate seeing it or talking with you directly.
