Would like to know what generally acceptable options are available as
remedies under Personal Services Agreements in cases where the provider
fails to perform services satisfactorily, delivers unacceptable
deliverables specified in the PSA, or performs services satisfactorily
but fails to deliver his/her deliverables.

We haven't had a problem yet, in this first year of the NSF grant, but as
the number of participants increase, so does the likelihood that this
scenario will occur.
