NSF95-28.doc contains the GPG forms in MSWord for Windows. It is password
protected, as many of us have discovered.  I emailed NSF's Policy Office for
the password; Jean Feldman's response follows:

 If you unpassword protect the document, it cannot be used as a
 template, in other words, you cannot tab and click and fill out the
 form.  The necessary password is "Claire".  Just remember to correctly
 repassword protect when you have completed the necessary
 modifications.

 Due to the many calls that we have received regarding these forms, we
 are in the process of creating an item for the NSF Home Page which
 contains helpful hints for use of the forms, provides an easy to use
 password that is easily remembered as well as other items.
