I am writing for clarification on the issue of subcontracting a portion
 of a non-federally sponsored project to a subrecipient (profit or
 not-for-profit).  What are the clauses that are typically required to be
 included in the subcontract?

 If any of you have examples of subcontracts that you have used in this
 situation I would very much appreciate seeing them.
