Okay, okay, we get the message.  We WILL have a table or two
available for display of policy/procedure manuals/publications at the
SRA meeting in Chicago.  This is a great idea, and I'm pleased we
could work out the logistics.

So here's the plan.  Kristina Clenaghan at SUNY Stony Brook has
volunteered to coordinate this effort (thank you, thank you).  In
order to know if we need one table or five, we'd like some indication
of volume.

Everyone is hereby invited and encouraged to bring along one copy of
their manual for display.  If you plan to bring a copy, please notify
Kristina at xxxxxx@ors.ors.sunysb.edu so that she can be prepared.
We will do our best to watch the display table, but we cannot
guarantee security.  We're also sorry we cannot provide photocopy
services, but we will have a sign-up sheet for you to request a copy
from the manual's owner.

Also related to the Chicago meeting -- hotel rooms are filling fast.
Make your reservations NOW.  Also, be sure to register for the
conference before September 1 to get the early bird fee.  Let us know
if you need a registration brochure.
