We have a subcontract from the Veterans Administration that
says decisions on rights to inventions will be based on 37 CFR 501 et
seq.  I know about 37 CFR 401.14, the standard patents rights
clause for nonprofit organizations and small business firms that appears
in the Public Health Grants Policy Statement, but have not
been able to find 37 CFR 501 on the Web. What is it?  Or is 501 a
typo for 401?
