We are in the process of reviewing and preparing a "Policies and Procedures
Manual", as well as reviewing the processes from "proposal to close-out"
administered by our office.  Like Glenda, we would rather not "reinvent the
wheel" -- so copies of existing Guides/Manuals from other institutions would
be appreciated.

If your institution has a "Faculty Guide" and/or a "Policies & Procedures
Manual" that you would be willing to share, please send a copy directly to
my attention either electronically, via fax, or snail mail at the address
