I am not sure that I understand the question. Do you mean payment at
the time of disclosure in addition to a royalty share, or instead of
a royalty share? We offer nothing at the time of disclosure. In fact,
disclosure is required by law. Royalties are shared according to a
standard scheme as per University policy.
