Our institution is contemplating the implementation of an monetary
inducement for invention disclosures.  We are interested in what
other institutions have done along this line.

Specifically, how much do you offer faculty for each invention disclosure?

Also, we welcome any other information based on your experiences formulating
and/or implementing such a program.
