 The University of Nebraska conducts a biannual National Survey of Graduate
Assistant Stipends, Graduate Fellowships, and Postdoctoral Fellowships.  It
provides a wealth of information on stipends, hours, etc. from 100+ graduate
schools and virtually all disciplines.  It is available from the Office of
Graduate STudies, University of Nebraska-Lincolm, 301 Canfield Administration
Building, P.O. Box 880434, Lincoln, NE 68588-0434.  I don't know the price, but
