Re:  Clinical Trial Bonus Payments

 Our Department and the Human Studies Committee prohibit bonus payments
 to investigators or any clinical trial personnel.  We may negotiate a
 payment at the end of the trial to an educational/research fund of the
 institution in lieu of, but we prohibit any relationship between
 numbers of patients recruited, recruitment assistance, etc. and trial
 personnel as being potentially "financially coercive".
