We are required by United States Department of Health and Human Sciences to
produce "policies and procedures for responding to allegations of scientific
misconduct".  Rather than start from a blank sheet of papers, would any
respondent who has drawn up such documents be kind enough to let us have a
copy of their policies and procedures so that we might have guidance?  Any
such document would be treated in complete confidence.
