A quick question regarding the NSF and NIH Investigator Financial Disclosure
Policy.  If I remember correctly these finanacial disclosures were orginally
mentioned in conjunction with implementation of the Cost Accounting
Standards (CAS) which have other institutional implications.  Is the NIH and
NSF policy, effective 10/1, being implemented as part of CAS at your
institutions or separately as an institution-wide policy and procedure?  I
would guess separately as, if I am not mistaken, the CAS do not have an
effective date.

Please share what your institutional perspective with regard to this matter.
